KWS Executive bodies, management and operation staff, and community people from Ali Masjid, and Londikotal participated in the meeting. The main purpose of the meeting was the introduction of the KWS staff to one another and to finalize the selection of executive body members.
Eng M Agha initiate the meeting and briefly explained the background of KSW, He said KWS was prepared by Mr.Aimal, and its functions were limited to child education. In the past months, the leadership of KWS is transferred to Mr. Mawia, who is the present Chairman of KWS. With the hard and untiered efforts of the present chairman, KWS qualified the Government and donor policies and can apply to Government and Donor projects. Mr. Aimal told an overview of KWS how he prepared KWS and why it remained inactive for a long time.
During the discussion held on the selection of executive bodies and Bank accounts it was concluded by Mr Mavia that both of these activities will be completed by next week. He further elaborated that he will prepare TIN if it is required for finance staff. Also, he said that he will develop an ID card having the KWS logo and staff picture, and Bussines card for all the KWS staff.
The next meeting will be held in Landikotal with the communities leader this will be followed by Focus Group Discussion FGD conducted by KWS female staff with the house waives in selected communities of Khyber valleys. For both activities (meeting with communities leaders and FGD) Mr. Aimal will mobilize communities. In the end, more focus was made on the introduction of KWS in the communities of the Khyber Valley. The meeting was concluded by serving a lunch prepared by Mr. Mavia.
